White Christmas.

I don't think there is anything wrong with getting your hopes up for a white Christmas. Yes when it starts to melt it can cause ice, and dangerous conditions, but it can cause that at anytime of the year. Not just on christmas. If your a small child I think a white christmas is a really beautiful thing. You get to expeirence something that may only happen once in life.

Highschool Drop Out

Have you ever thought about dropping out? I think at one point all kids have at least thought about it. It's all across the nation, all across the state, the city...everywhere. The trick to the matter is figuring out how to keep kids IN school, and not out. There's a lot of reasons why kids would want to drop out, but they never think of the big picture of how their life would work if they were to drop out. Even with a GED its hard to find a good stable job. These days, employers are looking for people with a full education, and soon, they are only going to look at someone who has a college education. So without graduating...how can you get into college? When kids drop out, they are more likely to get involved with drugs, alcohol and other types of drugs. It's hard on the economy as well. tax payers would be paying for their medical, food and everything els to survive. Find a way to keep school flexible to keep kids there. Maybe lesson the work load on kids. There is so much homework at a typical high school, but not enough time to do it. Maybe keep the kids more involved in what happens, not leave it all up to the staff.
